Welcome to Wister! We built this app to help you celebrate life's special moments with the people you care about. To keep Wister a safe and positive space for everyone, please follow these guidelines.
Treat every person on Wister the way you'd want to be treated. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited. Disagreements happen — personal attacks never belong here.
Use your real identity. Do not create fake accounts, impersonate other people, or misrepresent who you are. Each person is allowed only one Wister account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these guidelines and will result in suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts.
Do not send bulk messages, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive content. Keep conversations genuine and meaningful.
The Gift system and Community Recognition Program exist to celebrate special occasions and community engagement. Do not manipulate them. This means no self-gifting, no send-receive loops, no coordinated schemes to inflate Rubies, and no fraudulent reward applications. Do not share payout accounts across multiple Wister accounts, and do not file false chargebacks or payment disputes. Attempting to game the system will result in permanent removal from the program, payout freeze, and possible account termination.
Do not upload, share, or transmit anything that is illegal, sexually exploitative, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to: content depicting violence or graphic harm, promotion of terrorism or extremism, encouragement of self-harm or suicide, sale or promotion of illegal substances, and using Wister for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
Respect the privacy of others. Do not share someone else's personal information — including phone numbers, addresses, financial details, or identity documents — screenshots of private conversations, or any content that was shared in confidence without their explicit permission.
Wister requires users to be at least 16 years old (with parental consent for users aged 16–17). Providing false age information during registration violates these guidelines and will result in immediate account termination. Content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or is directed at minors in any harmful way will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
If you participate in the Community Recognition Program, you accept additional responsibilities. You must provide accurate identity and payout information, comply with all applicable tax and financial regulations, and not encourage or solicit gifts from your contacts through misleading claims. Abuse of the Community Recognition Program — including fraudulent KYC submissions, payout manipulation, or encouraging contacts to send gifts under false pretenses — will result in permanent removal from the program and possible account termination.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, access other users' accounts, bypass security measures, or use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with Wister.
If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it directly within the app. You can report users, messages, stories, and profiles for reasons including harassment, spam, inappropriate content, fraud, impersonation, and underage use. Our team reviews every report and will take appropriate action, including content removal or account suspension. You will not be penalized for making good-faith reports.
Wister uses automated systems to monitor gift and transaction patterns for potential abuse. If unusual activity is detected on your account, you may be contacted for additional verification, and certain features — such as withdrawals — may be temporarily restricted while the review is in progress. These systems help keep the platform safe for everyone and are not used to profile users based on personal characteristics. You have the right to contest any automated decision that significantly affects your account by contacting info@donationpos.gr. A human review will be conducted in every such case.
